Starting April 1, 2023, there will be a 5% price increase on all services.
If you pay Cash, Check, Venmo or Cash App, YOU WILL RECEIVE A 5% DISCOUNT.

Please fill out paperwork for your procedure or consultation before your appointment and bring it with you.
Please TEXT Erin: 580-761-1237 if you do not have access to a printer. I will have paperwork ready for you to fill out.
CHECK IN
Please come into the lobby and check in with the receptionist, located inside of W Facial Aesthetics. (This would be a great time to use the restroom.)
You may have one other person in the treatment room with you.
*Children are not allowed in the treatment room during procedures.*
Masks are a personal preference.
Please inform me if you are experiencing symptoms of cough, fever or have tested positive for COVID-19. We can always reschedule if you are concerned with exposure or have a compromised immune system.

2. Click on the service you will be receiving. (This includes consultations.)
If you are a previous client that is getting a service you've already had, you do not need to fill out new paperwork.
*If the service you are getting is from more than 2 years ago, please fill out new paperwork.*
3. Print off the paperwork, fill it out and bring it with you! (If you have questions or concerns regarding the paperwork, please leave it blank and I will go over it with you.)

DO NOT use aspirin or ibuprofen for 2-3 days prior to your procedure unless needed on a day to day basis. Take Tylenol 30 minutes prior to procedure.
Please be patient, procedures cannot be rushed! Many times appointments will run over in time, please let me know ahead of time if you are on a time schedule.

cancellation policy
We ask that you please reschedule at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment.
Should you need to cancel the scheduled appointment, you must notify Erin Meier through voicemail message or text message (580-761-1237) if I am unable to take your call.
Cancelling through the online booking system is NOT valid. Calling without leaving a voice mail or text message that the appointment is being canceled is NOT valid.
You may reschedule the appointment through the online booking system.

Any cancellations with LESS THAN 48 HOURS notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to half of the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. Additionally, many times we have travelled to the location specifically for your service. For these reasons, we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for the lost revenue. When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies.
